Well I’m back in Virginia for Thanksgiving, and my mom and I just sat down to plan out our menu. So far it’s looking like… -Sweet potato casserole -Sliced squash and veggie plate -Garlic mashed potatoes -Fruit and nut pilaf -Whole grain roles -Stuffing -Tossed salad -Pumpkin pie Going to be cooking all day tomorrow and Thursday, can’t wait!
