And my tea baking continues, this week I made a chocolate cake with our Zingiber Coconut Rooibos tea and used Honeybush Vanilla Herbal tea for the icing.
Chocolate Zingiber Coconut Cake with Honeybush Vanilla Icing
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 strong zingiber coconut tea
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1) Sift dry ingredients together
2) Slowly pour in wet ingredients
3) Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
For the icing, combine strong honeybush vanilla herbal with confectioners sugar until desired consistency is achieved!
