Thank you! So I’m 5’8” and at my heaviest I weighed 183, which was in August. So in roughly 25 weeks I’ve lost 23 pounds, which was the goal I made for myself this summer and is something I’m extremely proud of.

As for tips about losing belly fat, from my own experience I can credit 70% to the kitchen and 30% to the gym. If you eat healthy and form healthy habits in your lifestyle, you will lose weight. But if you want faster results or want to see more toning to a particular area, you have to exercise. Whether that’s running, lifting weights or doing crunches. So for losing belly fat I would suggest looking up as many different ab work outs as possible, because doing sit ups every day gets really boring and can be discouraging.
