Individual Pita Pizza!
- 1 Whole wheat pita
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1/2 Tomato, sliced
- 1/2 Cup purple cabbage, sliced
- 2t Extra virgin olive oil
Place the pita bread on a pan and cover with cabbage, drizzle with oil. Alternate tomato and avocado slices. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. 10g protein, 12g fiber and only 400 calories.
