Cheeze Sauce
Recipe adapted from The Happy Herbivore
- 1/3C nutritional yeast
- 1/2C nondairy milk
- 2T whole wheat flour
- 2T cornstarch
- 1T dijon mustard
- 1t onion powder
- 2t garlic powder
- 1/4 t oregano
Whisk in a sauce pan and heat over high heat, stirring constantly until very thick. Serve on toast as grilled cheese, mix it with quinoa, dip carrots in it- do whatever you want! Makes 2 servings, 185 calories, 15g protein and only 2g fat.
