The Collegiate Vegan

Today I’m leaving the beautiful town of Salerno, where I’ve been studying italian at Accademia Italia for a month. I’ll be touring Rome for the next week, then going back home to the east coast! I’ve found a lot of fun vegan recipes in Italian cooking magazines here, and I can’t wait to try them out at home. I’ve been going crazy without a kitchen all month, so I promise I’ll make up for the lack of posts when I’m back in the States!
