Gluten Free Banana Bread

The mix of garbanzo flour and flax seeds make this a really high protein banana bread. And yummy too, of course.

  • 1C garbanzo flour
  • 1/2C brown rice flour
  • 2/3C ground flax seed
  • 2/3C brown sugar
  • 1/2t cinnamon
  • 1/2t allspice
  • 1/4t salt
  • 2t baking powder
  • 4T coconut oil
  • 2/3C almond milk
  • 2 egg replacers
  • 2 over ripe mashed bananas

1) Mix together flour, flax seed, spices and baking powder.
2) Beat together sugar and coconut oil, add egg replacers and almond milk.
3) Mix in the bananas, then pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
