Chickpea Quesadilla

- 1 whole wheat wrap, or soft taco shell
- 1/2 an avocado, sliced
- 1/4C red onion, sliced
- 4T chickpea cheese spread (red pepper hummus works too)
Spread chickpea cheese on one half of the wrap, top with onion and avocado, fold over and heat in a skillet until toasted on both sides!
