Cinnamon Date Almond Smoothie

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 dates
  • 2T raw crunchy almond butter
  • 1/4C raisins
  • ice cubes
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Three Ingredient PB Banana Pops!

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup crushed nuts (I used cashews)
  • 3T peanut butter, warmed
Cut each banana into four pieces. Roll in peanut butter, then roll in crush nuts. Stick on a popsicle stick, tooth pick or coffee stirrer. Place on parchment paper and freeze for at least three hours. Each pop is roughly 90 calories, with 3g of protein.
